The Green Army Men are small, green toy soldiers as seen in Toy Story. The Army Men actually have very little to do with the plot of the movie however.

In the park, there are actually four different versions of green Army Men:
[edit] Toy Story Midway Mania! Army Men
The Green Army Men host the Shoot Camp Game on the ride. They appear just as they do in the films.
[edit] Decorative Army Men
Around Pixar Place, there are several Army Men hanging about. They also appear very similar to the movie incarnations.
[edit] Block Party Bash Army Men
A very different version of the Army Men Appear in the Block Party Bash. The main differences are two free legs (most Army Men in the movie have stands at the bottom of their feet that they have to wobble around with), and a slightly lighter color. There are three army men in the parade, one in front of each float. They interact with the Parade viewers by pointing out people that are breaking ranks by not clapping or singing, and they also help move the story of the stops along by hosting scream contests.
[edit] Meet and Greet Army Men
There is also another version of the Army Men that randomly come out on Pixar Place as a Streetmosphere of sorts. These army men are more similar looking to the movie than the BPB Army Men, but there faces are completely covered and are solid green. They go about Pixar Place taking pictures and the like.
