Behind the Force is a special Making of Series type attraction that only happens during Star Wars Weekends, and takes place wherever other special events shows are taking place, most recently in the Premier Theatre.

[edit] History

The Behind the Force video has existed ever since Star Wars Weekends has, but has changed dramatically since it's original version. In the early years (2000-2005), it was simply a video on the making of the most recent Star Wars Film. In 2006-2007, the video was on the making of the entire saga, and was narrated by the celebrity host of the year. In 2008, an intro video was done by Warwick Davis, the host of that year, but than an actual Lucasfilm representative would come out on stage, and talk face to face to the guests, and answering question, making the attraction more interactive, while talking about the then upcoming film and TV series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. In 2009, Ashley Eckstein, the voice of Ashoka Tano in Clone Wars, hosted the show and was helped out by a fellow voice actor from the series (different person each weekend) and they showed how a recording studio worked by doing a "cold read" in front of the audience, and they then selected a volunteer from the audience to read a different scene and have his voice over and actual clip from the series, all of this was capped off by a short preview of Season 2 of the TV Series.
