Hollywood Scoops doesn't differ much from those ice cream vendors that you can find throughout Walt Disney World. Instead of factory packaged ice cream, you can get scooped ice cream on a cone and enjoy it more....or something like that. The bottom line is this is a glorified ice cream stand and perfect for those who want soft-serve ice cream instead of the the pre-packaged variety that you can find at many of the ice cream carts around the park.
