Film

The Darkroom on Hollywood Boulevard stocks film, batteries, and disposable cameras. It also offers two-hour film processing, (also offered wherever there's a Photo Express sign). Additionally, most of the shops in the Disney's Hollywood Studios park sells film of varying speeds.

First Aid

The First Aid Center is located right next to Guest Relations at the main theme park entrance. While they're not really geared up to handle major emergencies, they can effectively treat minor medical problems, and in the event of anything more serious can contact the emergency services as required.

Lockers

Lockers, located at Oscar's Super Service near the theme park entrance cost $7 per day for a small locker or $9 per day for a large locker, plus $5 refundable deposit.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found items can be handed in, or claimed, at the Lost and Found near the theme park entrance, just past the turnstiles on the right.

To report an item lost after your visit, call (407)-824-4245.

Lost Children should be reported to Guest Relations, or to any Disney Employee.

Generally, it's not as frightening an experience as you'd think for a kid to get lost in the theme park, because once found by a Disney Employee they'll be well entertained until their parents arrive to claim them. If anything it's more of a nerve wracking experinece for the parents than the kids.

Kennels

Pet kennels are available at the Main Entrance.

Package Collection

When you buy something in the Disney's Hollywood Studios park, if it is bulky, or particularly fragile, or if you just don't want to carry it around with you all day, stores can arrange to transport your purchases to Package Pickup, located at the Lost and Found near the main park entrance. You can then enjoy the park's attractions at your leisure, collecting your packages as you leave the park. This is a free service to all Disney guests.

Strollers & Wheelchairs

Strollers (Prams), Wheelchairs, and ECVs (Electric Convenience Vehicles) can be rented on a daily basis from Oscar's Super Service, located on the right just inside the main theme park entrance.

Wheelchairs cost $12 per day with no deposit.
Strollers cost $7-8 for a single & $15 for a double. If you bring it back at the end of the day, you get a dollar back.
ECVs cost $50 per day, with a $20 refundable deposit.
If you want to visit more than one park in a given day, retain your stroller receipt and present it at the second park to obtain another stroller at no additional cost.

Please note that the double strollers in the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom do not have a divider between the two seats so an older child can sit comfortably. In the Disney's Hollywood Studios, the two seats have a divider giving a child less space.

You need to make sure you keep your receipt, so that in the event that someone else helps themselves to your rental while you're in an attraction, you can claim a replacement free of charge.

Stamina or Endurance Concerns

Some Guests may be concerned that they do not have the stamina to wait in our queues. We strongly suggest that these visitors consider using a wheelchair or Electric Convenience Vehicle, as the distance between our attractions is much greater than the length of our queues.

Smoking Restrictions

For everyone's comfort and safety, smoking is prohibited in all waiting areas, attractions, stores, dining areas, restrooms, and locations designated for parade and show viewing.

Tip Board

The Tip Board in Disney's Hollywood Studios is located at the junction of Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards, and should be one of the first places you visit in the theme park, because the Tip Board lists the current waiting times for all of the most popular attractions, along with the details of any attractions that are closed.

The Tip Board also lists the times for the various shows that are put on throughout thepark.

Translation

Multilingual Cast Members are available to answer questions. In addition, guidemaps in English, French, German, Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese are available as well. Personal Translation Units are available to translate the attraction narrations into French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish. A $100US deposit is required but will be refunded when you return the device.
