Muppetvision 3D Gags Part 2

Muppetvision 3D is rich in visual gags and jokes that many guests don’t take the time to stop and look at and enjoy. It’s hard to stop and see them all because Imagineers placed so many jokes in the building that houses Muppetvision. Some jokes are obvious jokes, some are inside jokes, other clever play on words, others satires of something serious that exists and others just plain silly fun.

As you walk into the preshow area, there is a wealth of jokes and gags here. You’ll notice what appears to be bombs hanging just above the guests, which is another Muppets joke that complete catastrophe is always just a moment away.
This is a very clever joke that is supposed to be a net full of jello, a play on words referencing Disney Mouseketeer Annette Funicello.
There are many crates and shipping boxes in the preshow area that contain things for the Muppets. Here you find Gonzo’s box, which of course contains very weird and disgusting items like mod, fungus and uses that over-the-top joke of having different varieties of the same three things; mold, fungus and helmets.
This is a joke that is a satire of art. First you have Zoot taking a month as Rousseau’s "Sleepy Zootsy". Below you will find Fozzie as Holbein’s "Jester at the Court of Henry VIII," dressed in luxurious royal garb and sticking a jeweled banana in his ear.
More boxes with lots of funny labels on each of them. Each box references the character it’s addressed to or in other cases, contains just plain weird items in traditional Muppet style.
This is a running joke that Miss Piggy always has too many things, especially when it comes to fashion.
Two references here. First is to Sam the Eagle, who of course has his crate decked out in patriotic colors. The smaller box is addressed to Scooter and contains all sorts of different glasses.
A box addressed to the Swedish Chef
The Fozzie poster is a running joke throughout the building of making parodies of real movie posters.
The "Yell & Howl Projector" is a play on words off the famous "Bell & Howell projectors" that have been in use in theaters for years.
