The Jingle Belles

Every year for the past few years, the window at Celebrity 5 & 10 at Disney's Hollywood Studios has featured a holiday display of Minnie Mouse looking bells doing a kick line.  This Christmas-themed display is quickly becoming an annual tradition at Disney's Hollywood Studios and this year, we have a name for this "group", which ends up being another classic play on words by Disney's Imagineers.

If you look in the window you will see a sign that gives the name of the group and who they are.

The group is part of a musical called "The Jingle Belles", which is a play on words based on the classic Christmas song, "Jingle Bells".  The members of this musical also have names based on a Christmas theme: Ginger, Candy Cane, Snowflake, Joy & Holly.

In the larger picture, the fact this is a musical plays right into the theme of Disney's Hollywood Studios with musicals a big hit in the 1940s with audiences.

This cute little backstory helps make what would otherwise be a generic storefront window into something to stop and take notice of.
