Captain Rex

With Star Tours The Adventures Continue now fully operational, we've all had a chance to canvas the attraction looking for the hidden nuances of the attraction.  This wek we've found a reference to the first Star Tours attraction and it features the star of the first attracton.

As we enter the droid room, we see a package with Captain Rex, our pilot in the original Star Tours attraction.  Keep in mind that Star Tours The Adventures Continue is a prequel, so what we're seeing today takes place before the events of the original Star Tours ride.

Rex is in his shipping crate with a shipping label that reads "Defective! Return to Factory."  This alludes to the fact that Rex isn't read for service but in the original Star Tours attraction, Rex is nonetheless thrown into service.
