Creepy Streets of America

Tuesday, September 13, 2011

Hey there readers! Cory from Disney Photography Blog here with another Darkroom update!

One of my favorite things to do at Disney's Hollywood Studios is enjoy the Streets of America. I love checking out the cool details there, and enjoying the many photo opportunities there. My favorite time to enjoy this area of the park though is at night. And that is for a few reasons. I think this photo will help show a few:

At night, the neon comes on, and the area comes to life. Sort of. This photo was taken about 35-40 minutes before park closing, and it was an absolute ghost town. This is another one of the reasons why I love coming back here. There's something insanely special about having a Disney theme park all to yourself. And, at any time of the year except for when the Osborne Lights are up, you can have that here. It's almost creepy, but oh so much fun.

If you want to read the technical side of how this photo was made, be sure to check out Disney Photography Blog today! Thanks for reading!
