Officer Les Manly

 Officer Leslie Manly (he goes by Les), is a veteran of the Hollywood Police Department and is the "winner of the rookie of the year award, 5 years running".  Officer Manly was raised by his mother, Leslie Smart and now he works in the Hollywood Police Department enforcing the laws of Hollywood, such as writing citations to park guests who double park their strollers or speeding tickets to park guests in ECV's.
