Will this store stay open during the rehab?

I'd be shocked if they closed it down – too much cash to be made to allow a store like that to close for a long amount of time!

I would imagine that if it closes, it would only be for a few weeks leading up to the re-opening (to move around some things and spruce it up a bit). Unlike most ride gift shops, TT is kind of a stand-alone space so it really doesn't need to close while the rest of the ride is down for refurb.

Great question and I don't know the answer. My guess is it will close as well, but that's based on nothing more than a gut feeling.

I asked several CM's Sunday, and the general consensus was "I think so" lol. Jedi Training Academy remains operating so therefore a Star Wars store is still in order

I hope it stays open, otherwise where will I go to spend 30min looking at merchandise that I can't buy

I read on another forum that it is still open. This was as of yesterday 9/9.

With the refurb of TT does anyone think that when they reopen they will have Star Tours the Adventure Continues merchandise other than the speeder 1000? Ahead of the actual opening of the attraction?

I have no clue but I figured refurb is more for the ride exit than the store itself. But that's just my guess.

I went in there the other day and saw no noticeable changes so I assume it was more to work on the exit. As for merchandise, they released a limited edition pin that is sold out already, besides that nothing new. Right now there pushing more JTA stuff, and some Star wars character beanies with Mickey Ears
