I just went all day to Jax to do caching. Had 70 on the list and only got to about 35ish of them before it got too dark. There are way too many micros in that city.

One of the guys on the Fire Dept here has started challenging John and I. It is a race when a new cache comes out to see who gets there first. He has about 110 finds right now and we wanted to catch him real quick. There are nearly 1000 in the direct Jax area, we had to go get our numbers up. We will be doing it again when we are in Atl in two weeks. It has been a bunch of fun. And you are the one who pointed me to the website to get it started. Thanks!

Jillian have you placed any Travel Bugs out there?

I just placed my first TB dec 22 and as of today (jan 22) it has traveled apx 3600 miles. I think I just got lucky that it moved that quick.

Here is a pic (its the little one of course) :grinblue:

In the south fire/ems is red, police are blue. But we get to run both in the crusier because of what we do. The lightbar is red but we run blue on the dash. I still prefer the big red fire truck, bigger and louder. It is the last red fire truck our dept has as well. All the others are of the 'yellow/green' variety. I will find some pics later and post them in my gallery.

My fav was Exmoor Bound. Looking to go to England. I took him 'around the world' in EPCOT. The owner got a good laugh out of it. Had to get creative with thinking and gave me a reason to visit EPCOT. (see Matt there really are good reasons to visit)
