Can either of you explain what a "sub" is?

It's like a boat that stays underwater.
or
It's someone who comes in to lead a classroom when the teacher is ill.
or
It's what Jared eats.

or maybe it's something completely different here. :santa:

In this case, I think it's something like an understudy, only that actor gets to play his or her own role instead of the role that was assigned to the actor he or she is subbing for.

Does that make any sense?

I believe that Cloe Conard is a sub and I noticed that she was working when Jack Diamond was out for a almost a week. Cloe worked as her Gossip columist character. I also noticed that she was working during the SWW.

And Frankie is a sub for HPWs, when someone is out. Otherwise he's working as Officer Duncan Dunut

Perhaps the glasses are the same that Superman wears to hide his secret identity?

We love Frankie and we love the HPW. So we feel pretty disloyal when we follow the HPW and Officer Dunut is off doing another skit.

Maureen, thanks for the great list! I love the Streetmosphere, but am usually enjoying them so much that I forget to write down their names while I'm there!

Each year I buy a new Disney autograph book and have them sign it.

The Green Army Men? On Hollywood Boulevard? Redd, I thought you told us once that neither Disney nor Pixar characters could be seen with the Citizens of Hollywood as it would corrupt the specific theming of the area. :?: :?:

The same rules apply to streetmosphere like Citizens of Hollywood and Mulch, Sweat, & Shears. There storylines are unrelated and for a cast member to interfere with such theming is ILLEGAL (again, playing on words...IMPROPER PROCEDURE) and a cast member doing so can be reprimanded for it.

thats right!

this is why the citizens of hollywood are not out cheering for high school musical or block party bash as they go by. People don't understand, there are set appearance times for entertainment. If the Green Army Men are on set at Hollywood Blvd getting people pumped for the parade, Citizens of Hollywood are on Sunset Blvd., vice versa, or on down time. If fur characters are still out on set, high school musical cant go out. i dont know what else to say to not sound like im making things up

I've seen them in the Motor Cars parade and sometimes they just ride around over by Drew Carey: Sounds Dangerous. But once in 2004, we saw them actually park, in front of the Hat and do an army bit. They used some of the kids watching and were very funny. But that was they only time I've seen them do a skit.

Then how do you explain this photo obviously taken during SWW last year?
