Nice photos Denise. I liked the ones you took of the F&W construction and your shot through the construction wall door :study:

Thanks! - that is my second "through a door" shot during the Food and Wine set up. The first time, a door was swinging in the breeze - I took a couple of photos and then got a manager. This time, I think the door was stuck - I saw a worker attempting to close it. It's nice to see what is going on!

Like an undercover private eye, eh?

:) I don't want to pass by an open door without a photo! (I think a private eye would actually open the door, and maybe even go inside).

I took a photo recently of an open construction door at the Jedi Training Academy area. I love getting shots like that in.

I know someone who will actually walk into any unlocked door! I just can't do something like that - but it's fun to walk by open doors, take a photo or two and then move along. :) I never noticed how many doors get left open!

The way I see it is we have to respect the rules so no open door walking into. Especially with a camera. No way you can play dumb then :)

^ I agree, but I was so surpised they didn't lock the one door when they were constructing the new pre-show for SSE a few months ago. If I had my camera with me then, I would have snapped a couple photos. :)

Well, the rules aren't actually stated - but I'm a chicken, and I prefer to be one. That keeps me out of trouble. :) If the door is open, then anyone can take a photo - so I don't care! But on the first photo I had taken (a few weeks back), it looked like the door and the interior could be a hazard, so I took a couple of snaps and I went to get someone right away. It was just blowing around in the wind!

I don't know how many of the doors are actually locked? I have never tried to open one. With seeing two open doors now, they aren't too careful about locking them if that is the intention.

What is the pre-show you are mentioning?

Oops I ment the post-show... the project tomorrow area. I got off SSE and there were no CMs or other guests around and I walked up to the door, thinking it was locked anyway, and opened it. I glanced around then quickly shut it and left.

I think I'd classify myself with that line of thinking Denise. There was one time a kid opened a door on the Streets of America as a gag and left so I went up to the door and closed it.

Glad to know that Epcot is still up and running! (some of it anyway).

And the door is locked - not swinging in the breeze!

Are you heading down for the HM tomorrow?
