i didnt see a post anywhere else for this, and i LOVE the disney cruise. I've been on it once and I plan on going back. My boyfriend got bullied into taking me either on our honeymoon or in our first year of marriage. :-D lol. So that's great.

It's the best experience I had disney wise. I just wanted to post and see if anyone else has went on it. If anyone has questions I can answer those too. I'll put more details of it up as I remember to type them up. :-)

It's totally awesome. Make sure to go watch a movie in the movie theatre, and make sure to check out all of castaway cay. even some of the kids areas are awesome.

the boat was great. :-) I had a huge cabin. lol. But even the smaller cabins on the disney cruise are bigger than other cabins.

My family and I were supposed to go the first year it was on the sea. We were vacation club members so we got a discount, then the boat caught on fire, and we couldn't go on it when we were supposed to. So they kept on giving us discounts so my parents just booked us bigger cabins. I went with my best friends family and we had two cabins on the top level on the boat in the back. Our decks took up the entire back end of the boat. lol. It was awesome! We didn't spend a lot of time in the cabins but they are some amazing rooms. :-)

Also enjoy your dinner at all the resturants. It changes every night and some of the resturants are one of a kind. :-) ANd remember, there's always a palce to eat. :-)

Yes!!! DCL Cruises are awesome. This is definitely something all Disney fans should try once.

Our first cruise was last October, 4 night Wonder paired with 5 nights at the BWV. It was a wonderful trip. I'm really glad we did the cruise portion first before doing the parks. I think if we did the reverse, we'd be exhausted and miss too many cruise activities. Of course if you like to lounge for most of the cruise, this probably isn't a problem for you.

Our next Disney cruise is probably going to be a 7 night Western on the Magic in 2006.

I'm sandwiching my time at WDW around the Cruise. I can't wait!

I was trying for this year but just couldn't get the time off I wanted. The first of the year looks good though. Those darn DVD's are addictive.

To be honest, Jillian's ranting and howling about DCL is what peaked my interest in it. If this all happened before she went on a cruise, I don't think I'd be looking forward to the cruise as I am now.

Okay, just a few more days to go. What are the "must do's" on the cruise?

Keep in mind who is asking. First time cruiser taking wife and two kids: 11 and 8. Major Disney and trivia fan. Love to compete to win things. Collect pretty much anything Disney, particularly things you can't get elsewhere.

Like any other good parent, I plan to ditch the kids at the Oceaneers Club, Lab, or whatever the first chance I get.

Also, I think I read somewhere that you can earn Disney pins for certain activities on-board. If true, I'd be interested in looking into that as well.
