If Disney were to make a new resort and you were in charge, where would you put it and what would be the theme.

I'd make one behind RnR (even though there isn't much room) and make it rock n roll themed. People staying there get 24/7 access ( I wish ) to RnR.

Be an imagineer and give me your thoughts.

I would have made the ToT into a resort and also put the tip top club up there for people to dine...

and also disney has to finish pop century... and they have to do whatever they are doing with bonnet creek. So i think it will be a bit in real life.

Disney is working on the plans for the other stage of Pop. Right now Saratoga Springs is getting an expansion (go DVC). As for Bonnet Creek, it's not ours :D

DVC is expanding a lot. A friend of the family who we bought our timeshare from and then sold it (but we are in the DVC history books for the odd number of points that we bought!) my parents still meet up wtih him and he said that disney tried to get him to go to DL but they didn't understand that the cost of living was so much higher out there. They plan on really promoting it at DL and hopefully expanding it to be a huge thing at all the parks.

I would so stay at a replica of HTH!!!!!!! Tip Top Club as it's table restaurant would be a cool idea!! (Let's have the elevators work regular though, ok?) Seriously it would be one heck of a marketing idea. And I'm glad to hear that they're working on the Legendary Years part of Pop Century. That's the part I would want to stay in. Bathtub gin, anyone? Monopoly Icons for the 30's building? Maybe a Monopoly board walking trail. That would be really great!!!!

The pop buildings were already built. They are the brown buildings you see as you drive in. They just have to theme them.

Yea, they were brown. There was also the main building across from me too with the big numbers in front of it.

I like the ride theme ideas!
Maybe they should do a space themed one to tie-in with Epcot. Animal Kingdom has been done with wilderness lodge and MGM with All Star Movies.

I would love to see that old Mediterrean idea. A pirate resort would be fun. I would like to see a new moderate resort. I would also like to see a ferris wheel on the Boardwalk
JAMBO EVERYONE!
