...making a priority seating on the first Star Wars Weekend? I have called a cast member at WDW dining and cannot make a PS at any restaurnat in the evening past 5:30. Is there something else going on that I don't know about? I have never had a hard time making a PS tow months before. Any help or inside info would be appreciated.

I haven't called for my trip yet but I imagine its related to SWW. What restaurants have you tried?

What are you trying to book? Keep calling back, more times may open up at the 30 day mark. I've heard that's true of the Fantasmic! Dinner Package.

I didn't have any problems booking my PS's for my upcoming trip last weekend. I got everything I wanted on the day I wanted and within 30 minutes of when I wanted to eat. Of course I'll be there a different time than you...

To give you idea , I booked the following dinners: Teppanyaki, 'Ohana, Jiko, Artist Point, Brown Derby, Le Cellier, LTT, and Rose and Crown
Breakfasts: Chef Mickey's and Kona Cafe

Of course now I am wondering if I am really going to keep all these PS's...

Good point Amanda.

Since I travel alone (especially lately) to Disney, I don't have a need for PS's because I eat at the counter service places but I would like to work in a character breakfast, preferably at Chef Mickey's as I've never eaten there before.

I know that Disney always leaves a couple tables open at each resturant until the DAY of the park. So if you get to the park first thing in the morning, they will have a couple tables open. A CM told me that the other time. You can also call the resturant the DAY of and book it first thing in the morning. They ALWAYS leave a couple tables open for day-of people. :-)

You should also remember you can still get a table without a PS. It may take longer but you will be able to eat wherever you like
