Listening to the DisneyBrit podcast this morning brought some news that I never wanted to hear. Apparently guests at Disneyland Hotel (Paris) can buy unlimited Fast Passes for 80 per day!!

I have seen Alton Towers and Universal selling similar things and I hate it. Businesses should be free to sell whatever (legal) service they wish but it doesn't stop me disliking the whole idea of a tiered theme park. I guess other people feel the same?
Stopping in the middle is distinctly unpatriotic

Well, I suppose if people are willing to pay the price, they'll sell them. I HATE the idea, too!! I much prefer the EMH concept. Do they have EMH at Paris Disney?

They do this at Six Flags. It's completely bogus. Then again, everything at Six Flags is bogus.

Agree that charging for fastpass is not a good practice; at Disney or any other park.

And Disagree that everything at Six Flags is bogus. Great Adventure is a really good coaster park.

I don't like it. Hopefully it doesn't cross the pond.

I hate the idea as well. It is just a way to have those with a bunch of extra cash another advantage over those on budgets.

Yeah, they started doing EMH in 2007. They had both mornings and evenings, but they dropped evenings after a few months. So it's kind of like Disneyland in California, they have EMH morning most days (every day, currently), and they open Fantasyland + Discoveryland.
