Oops, forgot to explain it 
You'll see now on every post a button with an exclamation point to report any inappropriate posts. Simply click the button and the board (Mr. Winkles) will notify the mods and myself of the inappropriate post(s).
The link you're referring to Frank is if you need to explain something else inappropriate that may not be a single post or identifiable in a post.
