Help
I have done Boardwalk, AKL, Beach Club, Saratoga Springs, and Old Key Wesst since getting my DVC. I would like to try something new. That would be the Wilderness Lodge or perhaps the Treehouse Villas at SSR
Thoughts?
I do love the AKL and Boardwalk from the DVC point of view
I am assuming Bay Lake Towers would be difficult to get in

I assume when you say Wilderness Lodge, you mean the villas, right?
You can always try for BLT, thats a good option. If you have the points, treehouse villas look great (and you need a rental car). If you can't get BLT, I'd try WLV next.

The Wilderness Lodge Villas are very peaceful. Give it a try. I like how close the villas are to the main resort lobby and all the amenities.
I've never had a problem with noise at the villas. Walking the halls, the villas lobby and a few other common areas its just so quiet. There are times I wonder if anyone else is staying there.

We are BCV owners and had no problem booking Bay Lake for a week in a 1br. (Loved it!) It really depends on when you are looking to go. I would think the Treehouses would be much more difficult to book (unless you are a SSR owner).
Also, we've been very lucky with the waitlist! I've done the waitlist for several DVC resort trips and only once did it not come through....and that was because it was a last minute trip that I booked a month and half prior for SWW! We were able to get a 2 br in SSR though.
The only one we haven't stayed in yet is the Wilderness and hopefully we'll do that one soon. I love all the resorts for different reasons. Even the ones I thought I wouldn't like, I've been surprised with.

I love it there too!I'm hoping we can get to Vero sometime this winter and check it out. It's one resort I'd love to go to, especially now considering how close I love to it.
