Help
Our first night we arrive in Orlando, we thought we would try Raglan Road. Has anyone had experiences (good or bad) there? Any food and beer recommendations that we should try? Thanks in advance.

It's a great place. Live music at around 8 or 9pm and beyond. It gets very loud but it's great atmosphere. Get an ADR, but if you can't you can sit at one of the high tops that do not require an ADR and they have full menu and bar service.
The food is really good and the music is great. The kids even enjoy it there.

Raglan Road has become a must-do for our family. As noted above, the food and atmosphere are awesome!
If you're a beer connoisseur, there are 2 samplers available... both I think around $14 and they have 4 samples each.
Our favorites are the Dalkey Duo for appetizer (battered sausages), Sod…the Stew (Guiness beef stew) and for dessert the phenomenal Bread & butter pudding.
Jealous!

I love Raglan Road, especially since there is another one in Kansas City, which is a little more accessible for me.

I guess I'll be the downer here. I'm not a fan. The menu seemed fairly limited and I wasn't feeling all the great after my meal. The friends I were with that day also had some issues with their meals. It's like something was off. Service was also very slow. I'd only been for lunch so I can't tell you about the entertainment and I don't drink so I can't tell you about the beer. I might have just hit them on an off day, so I'd be willing to try them again, but the friends I was with have written them off since this was not their first bad meal there.

My friend had her rehearsal dinner there and everyone seemed to enjoy it. The food was a little heavy for me, but my husband raved about it the entire trip. I think he probably ate a whole loaf of bread himself! We were there too early for the music, but I've heard it's a good time.

I'm going to give it a thumbs up. We ate there in December and were very pleased with it. We intend to go back.

Ditto! I took the family there in December and everybody found something that they really loved. My son raved about the Shepards Pie, and my dad had the 'scallop forest' from the appetizer menu. The scallops were delicious!
Husband and I both had the fish and chips, which were quite good.
We also spent time at the bar, the atmosphere was great.

I've been there a few times (once for a private party & several times for regular meals) and have always found the food to be very good. It does get loud with all the pub chatter and the music but fun, also.

Add me to the list of the unimpressed. I've gone there twice and have yet to find the food particularly good. One of the dishes--the pork with the sausage stuck through it, I found really dry and practically inedible. Additionally, the music is loud enough to make your ears bleed. While I wouldn't say I would never go there again, I wouldn't take the initiative.
