Probably Sci Fi theater for burgers.
Even though you didn't ask, our favorite lunch is at Mama Melrose's.
You can split a Ceasar salad, and then split a pepperoni flatbread. They'll bring out the loaf of Italian bread with the pesto and sun-dried tomato sauce. We usually drink water and with our Disney Dining Experience discount, the bill is around $18.00 including the tip. Mmmmm. Everything is just perfect.
BTW, I just want to say that I, for one, appreciate all you do to provide this forum. I hope you have a wonderful Holiday season. Merry Christmas, Matt and family.

My pick is Backlot Express, especially with the side of chili to put on top of it

Backlot is OK. When they're good they're good... It's hit or miss if they are cold or served with cold undercooked fries. I think everybody gets the same patties. I know if you watch them cook at Pop Century and get 'em off the grill, they're great. A lot depends on prep.
Nothing at WDW is really overpriced in my opinion. Things are pretty affordable if you're careful.
