With Star Tours now closed, what aspect of the ride, queue, building will you miss the most?

I have a lot of great memories of Star Tours. My cousin and I must have rode it at leat 6 times during our first trip. It got to the point where our parents would just let us ride it ourselves and meet them later. For an 11 and 10 year old, that was a big deal! I love the preflight video (and the lady with her sweet hair!), I love the posters when you leave the ride, I love REX... Star Tours has always been a sentimental favorite of mine. :)

I think when RX-24 almost hits the fuel truck at the end. A couple of people on the ride always duck and that makes me chuckle!

And then there's always that classic line: "Brakes! Brakes! WHERE ARE THE BRAKES?!?" :)

Gotta agree that ST was my first simulator ride so it will always be special. Also the "Remove before flight" tag on RX-24 is also a great pun which I'll miss.

Another aspect of the ride I will miss is the quoteability. Seems like everyone knows most of the lines. I always wanted to do a rocky horror picture show kind of a ride where we all just quote the ride.

I love the look on the guy's face as we almost hit the fuel truck. I always felt he was an amazing actor!

I will miss the Queue as well as the ride. You could almost always find something new in there. It depends how long or if you waited on line. From the Kermit droid to the Birds we found on our very last trip through the ride. Maz Disney Blog Star Tours

For me it will the the Death Star trench run. That was always the definitive scene for me in Star Wars, and I still move in my seat to simulate the maneuver whenever I watch it on TV.
Share and enjoy!

I will really miss the sound that came on before the announcements as well as the great que. I remember when C3P0 and R2 were in their prime and the animatronics would really move and interact... the feeling you got when seeing that for the first time was truly priceless...
