Hello -

At The Magic Kingdom, you can find Belle at her Storytime With Belle attraction. They pick children from the audience to play parts on stage with Belle, acting out the story of Beauty and The Beast, and after the performance Belle does do photos and autographs. It is done in a fairly intimate setting - not in like a giant theather or anything, so it is pretty nice.

At EPCOT, you can meet both Belle & The Beast at the France pavilion in the World Showcase. They have them appearing at various times throughout the day, and the location in the Pavilion sometimes changes, but it is usually inside one of the shops there in that pavilion (which has a GREAT background for photos with the two of them).

You can also do the Princess Dining at Norway's Pavilion, at the Akershus Banquet Hall - there you can meet Belle (in princess attire), along with Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty / Aurora, Ariel and Jasmine from Aladdin.

On an off chance, we also ran into Belle at the character spot in future world at EPCOT, but that was first thing in the morning and only happened on one day, so I think it may have just been by chance. I do not know of any appearances of Belle at DHS though. To my knowledge she is only at EPCOT and Magic Kingdom.

You also used to be able to find Belle in Mickey's Toontown fair, but I don't know if she is still there with the new Tinkerbell addition there.

Another idea...
I have heard that Cast Members have access to a Character Hotline so that you can know for certian where and when to find a character. I suggest checking in at Guest Relations when you enter the park.

Last week, Belle (in yellow) was at Mickey's Judgment Tent in the MK as Len Testa called it once.

Yes, I saw her there too. She never looked more lovelier than in her ball gown. :thumright:
