I'll be going to MNSSHP on Friday Sept. 23rd taking advantage of discounts available. Anyone else going on that night? Also do any of you have any creative ideas how to transform a lab coat into an imaginative costume? I know I can go as a Dr. or a scientist, the thing is I can't really see myself buying a costume just for one night, any ideas? I've never dressed up for the party before and always regret it. My other option is to go as a Hogwarts student (I already have Hermione's wand) so I would just find a inexpensive robe and maybe iron on a Hogwarts patch. I know I'm cheap, but times are tough. Trying to convince my husband to go as a soccer player, he has all the stuff (socks, shorts and jersey) since he always plays soccer, maybe getting a striped shirt and I can be the referee? I don't know I'm at a loss.

What a weird twist on the normal scientist/doctor? maybe a mad scientist? or zombie scientist/doctor? gringe up/tear the lab cost, make your hair crazy, etc.

Awesome I'll make sure to follow along, we haven't been to MNSSHP in about 3 years, this used to be Stephanie's b-day present until she decided she wanted a b-day party with her friends

I did just that a few years ago. I spent some time on the computer and made an ID badge for a glassware technician at Muppet Labs named Earl N. Meyer-Flask. I bought a lime-green wig and wore a shirt and tie not unlike Beaker's. Of course, everyone thought I was a doctor.
Share and enjoy!
