So I have a family of 6 coming from my country, Venezuela, on Sunday and we are planning on going to Epcot and DHS. Our DHS day is Tuesday 22nd, here's my plan:
Be there before rope drop...duh...
My husband will go grab FP to TSM while the rest ride RnRC and Tot (is this the best order or should we do them the other way around?)
Try to be at Sorceror's Mickey line by 10am
LMA at 11am
Eat lunch
Ride ST with FP (a CM friend is giving us fp's)
Indy show at 2pm
GMR
Backlot Tour (my family wants to do this)
Ride TSM with Fp's
Maybe B&B show at 5:45pm
Enjoy Fantasmc! at 6:30pm (we have VIP seating for this showing, buy food and eat it while waiting for and watching the show)
Enjoy the Osborne Lights

Sounds like an awesome day to me! I'd judge RnR or ToT on their wait times when you get there. Tower usually seems to be a little shorter.

Hope you and your family had a great day. You really had a full day and night planned. Hopefully you got to at least talk with some of the COH. A number of them speak other languages. Dorma is always speaking to people from other countries. Well it's 7:30 now and I'm sure you're enjoying Osborne Lights now.

Back to report our day was a complete sucess. The park was packed but still with good planning we got to go on Star Tours, ToT and RnRC twice. We also did TSM, LMA, Indy, GMR. Enjoyed Fantasmic! and Osborne Lights. Sad to say the lights are still having issues, they went dark for about 5min. and then no dancing for 30min. Finally they danced to "Feliz Navidad" by Jose Feliciano which my family loved. On Sunday going to Epcot and on Tueday to MVMCP.

Glad to hear DHS day went well overall. Sorry to hear the lights were finicky when you were there (have been fine both times I've been this season) but they're still worth sticking around to watch. BTW, did you find the Halloween cat? I don't remember it being that big previous years. Is it me or did they change the size of him/her?

It looks bigger to me as well...love his hiding spot this year , I like to stick around that area and see all the people that come looking for him. We actually spent more time at the lights just waiting for them to dance again, just when we had gien up, and started walking towards Star Tours they danced, last ride was Star Tours and my cousin was the Rebel Spy which was awesome, I think DIsney should make that picture available for purchase with a cool frame.

Glad you had a fun day with your family! And I completely agree with the Rebel Spy picture. I know we would have bought it when Tim was the Rebel Spy. Instead we bought 2 pins that said "I am the Rebel Spy."
