One of the things I discovered during my December trip to Mousefest was Disney is launching a new film series revolving around nature Called Disney Nature.

The first film is set to be released in theaters on April 22nd; Earth Day. The film is titled "Earth". The best part, for me anyway, is it will be narrated by James Earl Jones who I find to be the best narrator for documentarites like this.

Here is a link to the Disney Nature website that discusses all the upcoming movies and the Disney Nature initiative.

Is that in any way related to Planet Earth? The font for "Earth" and "Planet Earth" is, I think, the same.

It is very much like Planet Earth. But at the same time think of it as Disney's True Life Adventures for the new generation.

And I'd like to correct your mistake ADP, April 22nd is actually Indy Day. Don't worry, you're not the first to make the mistake.

I would love to see an IMAX theatre at Rafiki's Planet Watch playing different films from this series

I'd love for something, anything, to replace the Circle of Life movie

I was watching Planet Earth the other day on Discovery Channel and I saw a preview of Disney Nature's Earth. It is being done by the same people, though it will apparently follow a few different animals and have some kind of loose story line.
