Is it just me, or is Mickey Ave pretty well hidden? It's not on the way to any big attractions and its location at the rear of the park makes it just....out there.

Yeah, WWTBAM is back there, but it's still a pretty deserted area of the park, compared to areas like Sunset Boulevard.

Like you walk back there and there's like 30 other ppl around you, that's it.

There is not much back there and they didn't leave any room for expansion. I had asked about some stuff related to Mickey Ave on another thread and here is what I came up with....

I based the list off where you enter the attraction and also how it is colored on the official map of MGM.

On Mickey Ave.:

Backlot Tour
Backstage Pass
Millionaire
One Man's Dream
Character Meet & Greets:
Sorcerer Mickey (solo indoors)
Mickey's Friends (by the outdoor trailers)

Not so much as what's there as its hard to get to. Either up Hollywood, then to the Animation courtyard and finally to Mickey Ave or head to NY street then swing over.

Maybe it should be Mickey's Hidden Ave.

The Backlot Tour is the most hidden ride at the MGm Studios. Its impossible to find for a first time visitor.

I think Mickey Avenue would be a great place for a new E-Ticket attraction. Sunset Blvd already brings in the crowds between the Rock 'n' Rollercoaster and the Tower of Terror. Thrill rides bring focus to a specific area, so maybe it would improve Mickey Ave.

The Haunted Mansion Ballroom set is now back there. The entrance is not where you entered in the past for 101 Dalmations. The new/current entrance is next to One Man's Dream.
