That is the CM exit/entry to the backstage area near Rock 'n' Roller coaster.

being a former CM at RNR, I'm going to say that this little sign is on the gate behind the FP box where the FP and the Standby line meets. I'm not sure that is exactly where it is, but since it is a "CD" it has got to be in the RNR area.

This week's picture was from the entrance to the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, where the FASTPASS line meets the Standby line.
