Rumor has it will be the Stitch Live! show currently in Disneyland Paris [See http://www.dlrpmagic.com/guidebook/walt-di...rd/stitch-live/ ]

Basically its looking like an outdoor version of Turtle Talk with Crush, mixed with some stage elements.

I've often felt that Stitch's Great Escape shouldn't be as disrespected as it is, but Supersonic Celebration, in a word, is garbage. Something needs to be done about it, and if Disney is planning to put something else there, they should find a different character. No offense to Stitch, but having two attractions based off of the same character in any land is too much.

Do you think it is going away because of the quailty? or could it be that it is a show and the cast members are costing Disney more than they would like? Or could it be the theory of the heat and the sun on the guests?

Just seems odd they would spend so long building this stage only to run a show for a month on it.

All of the above, people are not going to stand/sit in the blazing sun for 1/2 an hour to watch a mediocre show, so it was costing the company money and no one was watching. I think they need to improve the shade situation and the show for it to be succesfull. IMHO

I agree completely. And I would never stand there in the August sun, since that is when most of my trips are.

This always seemed like a strange decision to me. They took out a theater that they almost never used, and almost simultaneously built a new one in a more intrusive area with no seating and no shade.

I can't say that I'm sad about the demise of this show. It just misses the mark somehow.

I saw this show on you tube and I couldn't take the torture. How in the world did this show got the green light? And did they expect for people to stand in the sun for 30 minutes!!
