We eat there often. I'm not a seafood eater so I can't say from personal experience but my brother in law loves it. Everytime we go with them we have to eat there at least once. He's been known to go several times in one week LOL

This meal really depends on perspective and, as silly as this may sound, what part of the country you live in. If you are from a state or region with great seafood you will probably find this meal disappointing. If you are from a state or region with decent seafood you'll probably find this meal good. My family is from the midwest....The city we live in is land-locked (no bodies of water). We can't get good, fresh seafood in our city unless it's shipped in. We find the seafood at Cape May to be good.

That being said, all restaurants at Disney World are worth a try. See if you like it for yourself.
