Well, here I am. :) New Year's Eve is so close, I can almost taste it. :)

You can guess that's where I'll be. :) Been doing New Year's at the Studios every year since the 1998-1999 New Year. I love it there. Though I'm kinda bumbed out at not Osborne Lights this year. But oh well. :) I'm a true Disney-MGM Studios Fan, and not having the Osborne lights isn't going to stop me!

Steve Soares on his WDW Live Entertainment site says that Frankie and the West End Boys and Dance Express will performing at MGM on New Year's Eve. I called Guest Relations and was told that they have no info. Can anyone confirm or deny??

Good find Donna! :santa:

Here's the whole blurb...

Disney-MGM Studios guests are in for a jammin' street-party at the Sorcerer Hat Stage. Eighty's sensations Frankie and the West End Boys will perform at 6:15, 7:15 and 8:15 p.m. Dance Express takes over for the rest of the evening with shows at 10 and 11 p.m. and 12:15 a.m. A special "Sorcery in the Sky" fireworks show will light up the sky just before midnight. The park is open from 8 a.m.-1 a.m.

I almost did! But after hearing of larger than normal crowds I just stayed here and had fun at the fire station.

Um, I didn't (didn't want to pay for a ticket either :)), but I heard about it from everyone that worked it, including my boyfriend. It was very busy, although we didn't fill.
