We did it last year with the kids. We did the first tier...the one with the seats up front? It was ok. The kids started getting bored with the whole story line and didn't like any of the food. They did enjoy going on stage to learn to hula. DH liked the beer included in the price LOL

Growing up,we stayed at the Poly every year since it opened and we always went to the Luau. I loved it then, it just seemed more exciting back then. Not sure if that was because I was a kid then and grew up or not. But my mother thought the same thing....the new show just isn't as good.

I'm glad we did it and took the kids but I'm in no hurry to do it again.

I did this years ago with the entire family when it was called Polynesian Luau and was very disappointed. Food was lacking and show was average, definitely not worth the money.
