My friend just received a Disney Postcard w/ a PIN code for free dining through November 2009. Two things: 1. I have not seen free dining offered this late in the fall/winter, so what gives? 2. This is her third postcard in less than a year, where's the justice? I have received only one in the last 10 years.

I received a pin code for 40% off and it happens to fall on the dates of what was formerlly called Mousefest this year ;)

Evidently there are 2 sets of pin codes out....one for 40% off and the other for free dining

PIN codes are randomly send, probably determined by some uber-secret formula from Disney marketing. I would imagine i fyou show a pattern of going often, you won't see a PIN code.

It does seem there has been an increase in PIN codes and promotions, and I would say that it is directly related to the current state of the economy.
