Which restaurant at the Studios do you prefer to have a character dining option at? It's been a few years since there's been a character meal at the Studios and I think it's time we brought it back.

I think it would be fun to have character dining in the Sci-fi.... All the characters could dress in retro-futuristic costumes. I doubt that would ever happen but it would be cute.

That does sound like fun.

Or they could even have theme days or weeks. Starwars, Star Trek or any other show and have the entire crew dress up in the costumes.

I like the Sci-Fi idea Figaro. It would be even better during SWW as they could tie in the SW characters

the character breakfast/lunch at the soundstage was terrific; the food was good, the character interaction was great and when the characters took all the kids around the restaurant in a long chain running around the tables, it was wonderful; and then after the meal, climbing up that small stairway and rubbing aladdins lamp wishing for another trip back to wdw....................a great finishing touch; i want that one back!

I know our family would love a Star Wars themed character breakfast! Even if they just had it during SWW, I think it would sell out extremely fast.

Howie, I forgot all about the Genie lamp! That was so cool, I wish they still had it somewhere. (They don't still have it, do they? LOL)

It makes very little sense why there isn't one. Character meals have never been more popular and the last one at Hollywood & Vine was cut back when everything was being cut (including EMH).

I didn't know they didn't have them at the studios. That really surprises me because of how popular they are. We had to book way in advance for our princess breakfast at Epcot.

I would think that the Brown Derby would be a great place for character meals. Not necessarily the Disney specifically, but the Streetmosphere performers could work there. Although now that I think of it, maybe having some of the "stars" from Disney being there would be cool. You could treat them like stars were treated at the old Brown Derby in Holloywood. Seated at the best tables, having people free to come up and ask for autographs....could be very cool!

I like the idea for the Brown Derby...

but I'd also love to have character dining at the drive-in because you could have villians and whatnot... I suppose Hollywood & Vine would be pretty interesting too... I think you could have the most variety of characters there.

Another good idea for streetmosphere characters dining at Brown Derby
