What kind of things do you like to cook? I don't know about you, but I would love to cook fish. Anybody got any recipes they'd like to share on that?

That website brought me from 0 to 1000 on the cooking scale. Every time I go to a potluck or cook for friends and family my dishes are all the rage. My particular favorites right now are:
Cheesecake (Everyone who has it says it is the best they have ever had)

Pineapple Bacon Burgers

Worlds best mashed taters one person has told me they were not his favorite... he said they were his second favorite)

On this site you can save recipes in your own little recipe book, you can organize it however you'd like and you can even print a shopping list based on what you want to cook. When you search for something look for the highest rating with the highest number of reviews. Read a few reviews because sometimes people will give it a 5 and say things like... cut the salt in half, or add a bit of this.
Anyway, this website is the best cooking resource I have ever found!
Your welcome.

The only other recipe page I have bookmarked is the recipe page at AllEars (Mainly for the Zebra Dome Recipe!): http://allears.net/din/rec.htm

And I just cooked collard greens for the first time Thanksgiving (hubby & family are from the South - Mississippi & FL) - not too much pressure for a first try!!
COH... I usually just rub the fish with a bit of spices and quickly saute or bake in the oven (unless I'm making paella).

I have actually been impressed with the power of the broiler in the last few years. I think fish with some fat content, like salmon, does very well with very little effort in the broiler.

COH - What type of fish do you want to cook? Delicate textured fish like cod needs to be cooked differently than fish with a more hearty texture like tuna.

I was thinking something like my mother used to make when I was living with her, like tilapia or salmon.
To a greater extent (and ashamed to admit), I'm more like Matt when it comes to making meals. Quick & Easy.

The recipe's for shrimp, but I used chicken because I don't have too much faith in seafood right now after the oil spill... Anyway, I hadn't seen a dairy-based marinade before, so I figured I might as well give it a shot. The recipe was fantastic and the chicken turned out great!
