Well what do you think? She will be having some sort of show (apparently) at the Liberty Square area soon as a way of advertisement for the movie.

Liberty Square seems like a bit of an odd place for a character from New Orleans, but I guess it's better than the other options...

I bet there will be a lot of stuff going on at Disneyland at New Orleans Square.

Bah, too bad Tiana didn't come to DHS as most characters from new Disney films first do.

Who said she's going into Liberty Square? She's going to be near Mark Twain Boat in Frontierland. The rumor is that there will be a stage show on the boat.

This means she's actually going to stick around longer than 3 months. LOL.

Well, nothing says princess and royalty like Liberty Square, the wild west of Frontierland, or New Orleans.

I think what happened here is that this whole riverboat show was developed for the obvious ties it has with Disneyland's New Orleans Square, and then shoehorned into the riverboat that the MK shared.

I think she would fit in better at the Crystal Palace, no?

How about the rehab that the Liberty Square riverboat area is getting? She's going in there. The boat is the closest the theming that they can get for the movie.

Ill be at the Kingdom today looking for paintbrushes. If I see anything I'll let you know.

Well, let's remember that a late 19th Century riverboat doesn't make sense in Liberty Square, either. But it's there, and in the Magic Kingdom the Liberty Belle is really the best location for a New Orleans-based show. Of course, the best location on WDW property would be at the Port Orleans resorts, but that just isn't feasible. :)

Found none and we were the second boat over! The one of the ladies on the island gave us the reward for at least trying (We spent an hour and a half there)

And once again, Disney is giving me yet another reason to spend the disposable income that I don't have. :)

I'm not buying. Not in this lifetime.
