Well Iger, like all company head, or Presidents, has fallen to the same old story.

At first he seems a lot better than the last guy, and does a few things right, and than screws up and turns into an idiot that we all hate, until the next person comes and restarts the process.

Sorry, Darth Stitch, but I can't see that being the case here. Iger is still doing a great job of getting Disney back on track.

You're only saying that he's bad because he's made decisions that you personally don't agree and because of things the company has had to do lately because of the economy.

That's a big problem that I see on one too many forums. If someone "on the inside" makes just ONE decision that one person disagrees with, they immediately get labeled as being "bad for the company". A VERY flawed mentality, if you ask me...

I do agree it is a bit early to make final decisions on him, and re-reading the post I did make it seem that i was doing that to him, though it wasn't intended. I meant that it seems as though he is starting down that path however.

Adventurer's Club and his Touchstone remarks have me a little peeved at him and i don't picture it getting better.

I think the definitions of "back on track" vary, and mine are saying we aren't on the way to it yet. But hey we shall see

Not Pessimist. Just researched doubt. Based on what he's done, and whats known in the future, i see his view on "on track" and mine going different directions

Please bring back Millionaire! Loved it! I could have spent a good portion of my day in that attraction.

A friend of mine is really into game shows. He convinced his family to take him to Disney and they spend the entire day in DHS doing Millionaire! one after another, hoping that my friend would get picked. After a bunch of shows, it's time to choose a new contestant, and who did they pick? My friends 3 year old brother sitting next to him. He was allowed to escort his brother and help him with the questions, but that is some bad luck right there.

He did have a very nice day, and doesn't regret it at all.

My knowledge of Disney once got my little sister into the holding pen on stage before the show of Millionarie we saw at DCA. She was super excited to be up there. I wonder if American Idol is bringing the same kind of excitement to people who love that show.
