So is the grand floridian really all the money and the hype?

anyone stayed there? i'm curious.

Closest I've gotten to staying there was breakfast with Jillian at 1900 Park Fare. Too rich my for blood.

it actually is, especially if you stay in the main building concierge; we stayed there last trip, 8/04 as part of the DCL Land/Sea; we stayed in room 4421 at the GF and it was the ultimate; it was our second time in that room; if you would like i could post my trip report for you describing the trip and GF too;

bottom line is, if you can afford it, it will be truly magical at the GF;

Awesome. I definately wanna stay there. I plan on having my wedding night there because well its included in my wedding. Once I book the wedding of course. I wanna stay there for a weekend though just to have fun. :-) I would love a description describing the hotel and room Howie. Thanks!

We walked through it going into the parks on our trip and it reminds me of the Wilderness Lodge resort. I would love to stay there.
