Somehow this guy was let up there. Seems like such a waste of a cool setting.

I remember having my photo taken in the Rainbow Tunnel. Good times lost forever into history.

Great (but a bit melincoly) trip to memory lane. I loved that second floor almost as much as I did the Dreamfinder & Figment ride!!! They would also display the winning photos from the Kodak photo contests up there and it was always a happy area with bright colors & lots of light!!!!

I miss the 2nd floor SO much!! We used to spend so much time up there. Definitely going to waste now.

I would love to see the second floor opened again. I guess it just wasn't producing enough gift shop revenue.

I think if they actually had a reason to use the space, it could be revitalized. The problem is that it is HUGE and the last time I checked, Imagination with Figment wasn't a very popular ride. The pavilion was built for a large capacity of visitors. I think they'd need an overhaul of the ride to justify all the space that was given. I could imagine a premiere restaurant taking up space in the glass pyramid.

If they actually put out interesting (and new) Figment merchandise I could probably make it worth my while on my own.
My Figment collection has been lacking cool new merchandise for a while now.

I agree about the Figment merchandise. I have some amazing Figgy t-shirts that are thread bare from years and years ago and can't find anything even close to being as cool in the past 5 - 10 years. I used to have a 3D mug in the shape of Figgy that broke and would almost kill to find a replacement! It's sad when you WANT to spend $$$ at WDW and can't find anything decent.....

I wasn't even aware there was ever a second floor. There's just so much wasted space at Epcot... Studios would kill for some of that excess space lol
