There was a small fire in the roofspace of Rock 'n' Roller Coaster's show building at Disneyland Resort Paris on Wednesday morning. The attraction and the 'land' it's in (Production Courtyard) were closed off for most of the day. No injuries, thankfully, and the ride itself wasn't damaged. It's not been said yet how long the ride will be closed for, some reports have said that it'd be open before the end of the week, others say 2-3 weeks.

Probably some idiot that was allowed to follow the band via backstage passes right before they took a limo to an Aerosmith show

According to one article I read, it was caused by some grinding work going on on the roof which shouldn't have been. I've not been able to confirm that with any sources though, so I'm treating it as rumour until I see/hear something a bit more reliable.

The Rock n' RollerCoaster in Paris doesn't even begin to compare to the one in DHS.
The one is paris is basically all in the dark with little red LED lights. The story is basically Aeorosmith has the program (like in Disney Quest) where they can design a roller coaster. And we are supposed to test-run it.
THere are no street signs, no "gotta run to get to the show' story.

I was quite dissapointed epecially because i love the WDW version so much

I thought it was a upside down theme music video and the cars were soundtrackers. Well regardless wdw is still the best.
