hehe you get to join the waiting list of people wanting to work there. First you have to apply and hope that there are attractions positions open, and then that you can work at the Studios. You don't really get to pick where you go. You can list preferences but they don't promise anything. Tower is the most desired attractions postion and I haven't seen many new Bellhops lately.
But lots of luck and welcome to the boards!

depending on how desperate they are for people to work, I think it took me two weeks from interviewing and all that to the "you're hired" phone call. Then it was almost another two weeks before I was scheduled for all the property wide training, Traditions and all that, and then another week til I was on the regular schedule. So for me, in the middle of summer before 9/11, it was a total of 5 weeks or so from turning in my app/interviewing and actually working on stage.

ah ok. Thanks. I was guessing about 1-2 months depending on the need for the position training etc.

If you want to research Disney World jobs online, go to www.disneycareers.com . If you go to WDW sometime soon, behind Downtown Disney is the Disney Casting Building. Go in to the Casting building and fill out an application.

heh, ya but they won't tell you want I did...I did lots of research online and in person and they never told me anything about how long or open positions or anything like that without an interview; and even then it's very limited on what they tell you.

Jillian, how long do they 'hold' your interview? I heard it was every six month you have to re-interview if you did not get the position you were looking for or did not accept what they offered.
