Hi Everyone,
I was curious what music at DHS puts you in the Disney Zone; meaning it gives you the feeling that you're at Disney World and pulls at your emotions whether tears of joy or smiles of happiness?

For me it''s the opening soundtrack to Fantasmic! The music along Hollywood Blvd also gives me the feeling as well; especially when I first enter the park.

So, what's yours :?:

WOW... tough question because there are so many pieces of music that put me in the WDW groove! I think my favorite is the soundtrack for Tapestry of Dreams/Nations. It is a very dramatic and moving piece of music; somber and joyous at the same time - almost tribal... Another is the music to the original Journey into Imagination attraction but that one makes me feel like a little kid - my head starts bopping and I start singing along!

I like the music loop outside the Great Movie Ride, it's not Disney music but it puts me in a DHS mood.
Nothing does it for me as the music loop at Main Street USA,

I'm going to have to go with the music along Hollywood Blvd. Also, the early 30's tunes from the queue line of the Tower of Terror always get me in a good mood.

I really enjoy the music heard when walking into the park. Some of the music isn't as old, but the Superman theme or the Magnificent Seven theme really set the tone for the park IMO.

Also, the Pixar Place background music has become a favorite of mine.

For me... I absolutely love the music that plays outside the Main Entrance. Every other trip we've stayed at Boardwalk, and I relish the nice walk along the canal... and as you get closer, the music starts off soft... then builds... then you're In The Zone.

I love walking down Hollywood blvd. and listining to the "Hooray for Hollywood" play in the background. That really gets me in a DHS mood. In fact, i think i'll listen to that right now!

Personally I really like the '30s music near the Tower of Terror. It's my favourite ride in the park, and that music reminds me that I'm about to go on the ride!

OOOPS! I misread this question the first time. I think at DHS it's a tie between the soundtrack in the queue at GMR (love those old musicals - so campy and upbeat) and the rockin' music near RnR.

In addition to mine, i gotta have the overture to the great movie ride! The one where the orchestra tunes up, and then they play a theme from Indiana Jones and singin' in the rain and then the director is like "Action!" and then they sing hooray for hollywood. Yea that one!

It's a tie between the Tower of Terror queue music and the Star Wars music. But that's whats gets me in the mood for DHS. As for a general WDW mood... ragtime pianist at Casey's Corner, Epcot entrance medley, or Go With the Flow from FNTM.

I'm gonna have to go with either the Indiana Jones theme or the music in the Tower of Terror line.

I like the music throughout the park, so it's hard to choose.

The music at the GMR, and walking to the Tower of Terror are up there though. I also love listening to the Toy Story music, and actually - I like the sounds played through the SOA area.

I would vote for "Horray for Hollywood" at the start of The Great Movie Ride and the 30's style music in the Tower of Terror queue.

I really like the music they play in the Studios, but it doesn't really put me in a Studios mood since it's a lot of movie music that I already listen to quite a bit. It is great music though adds a lot to the park.

I just love the old music you hear in the background at The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror... its kind of creepy but also reminds of the golden age of Hollywood at the same time.
And I love the Indiana Jones music at the stunt show.
