well, its a DVC resort. Its huge. The rooms are good, but you are likely far away from the main area. There is no real counter service except for a little window. There is a boat ride to DTD which is fun
JAMBO EVERYONE!

OKW is a great resort. Ideally you should rent a car or have a car because the bus transportation isn't the greatest. The resort dining options arent spectacular either but like Mike said, the rooms are huge. WHen you check in, ask for a refurbished room.

learn from our mistake! If you don't have a car, accept their offer to drive you to your room. I thought we were walking back to Pittsburgh after a while. :) it's a really nice resort though andf I think you'll like it.

Have ownded points @ OKW since 1994 and LOVE that resort!!!! The rooms are HUGE compared to the other DVC resorts. Agree the food is just ok but there are other positives that for me outweigh that slight negative. I love sitting on the balcony/deck in the morning sipping my coffee & looking over the golf course that's intertwined with OKW. And, depending upon your room, you just might be able to see fireworks from your room, too!
