Hi I'm new on here, and just trying to find out info on the Padawan Mind Challenge. I have 2 boys 5 and 6. Would they be too young for it. I have tried searching you tube, but can't find anything.

What do they ask them, they are both Star Wars mad and realy excited as we are there for 3 weekends.

I hope somebody can help
Thanks in advance

Michelle :)

Welcome to Studios Central Michelle!

The Padawan Mind Challenge is open to any children under the age of 12 and if your boys want to compete, I say let them go for it. The questions are from the Star Wars films and in the beginning they allow most of the kids to go with it (i.e. cheat) but they're good about gently escorting the kids who get it wrong off stage. I know a few members of this site have had their kids participate so perhaps they can comment further.

My two kids have done the PMC. The thing to do is to go as soon as the park opens to the information desk (past years it's been close to Sounds Dangerous) and sing them up. There are usually 2 times, around noon and then around 5pm. The questions start pretty easy but start getting a little harder by the end. The great thing is that at the end they get all the kids who participated and ask them a really easy question, all of the kids get it right and everyone gets the same prize. It's real fun for kids that love SW. I hope this helps, and welcome to our little family :)

You can't go wrong with this if your kids like Star Wars. Getting on the stage is scary for them at first, but like Yulady said, everyone gets a prize and in the end your kids will think it was GREAT!

Make sure you are in good position on Friday to get to the sign up table and get on the list. That way if you don't make it on Friday, you still have Saturday and Sunday to try again. It is worth while in my opinion.

Thank you all for your replies, we are travelling from Australia, just for the SW weekends and luckily we will be attending weekends 2-4, so will definitely sign the boys for the Padawan mind Challenge.

Hoepfully we'll be able to do jedi training at some point too, as last time DS got picked he was 4 and got scared on stage
