I've heard it's a lot like DTD in DL. Can anyone comment on that?

It does seem like it will be more like DL's DTD. I think I'm in the minority, but I don't really like DL's DTD. I doesn't seem to have a lot of Disney influence (chain stores, restaurants, etc) so maybe it just reminded me of high end shopping districts from home too much. I'll be interested to see how this develops.

Hyperion Wharf drawings look glitzy but I just doesn't seem like there's much beef behind the glitz. More dining & boutique shoping. All they mention that will "special" after dark is the thousands of lights.... I know I sound like a broken record but BRING BACK the original Pleasure Island complete with the Fireworks Factory, nightly New Years celebration (with Conga line) and the Adventurers Club. It was such a great nightime concept that continually got watered down year after year to the point it was a skeleton of the original. It sounds like WDw won't draw me back to DD with this concept....

Frankly, I prefer they put the Adventurer's Club in DAK as another dining type option. The only other thing I sort of miss from the old PI is the Comedy joint.
