Help
I'm curious for what everyone's favorite place is to eat at Studios. As in, if you could only go to one place....sit down meal, counter service, snack....whatever, but pick one thng at one place, what would it be?

Wow, tough question because a lot depends on what I was in the mood for at the time, how much time I had, etc.
But, if I have to pick one thing...
I would probably say a soft serve from Dinosaur Gertie's, and then sit there on the benches and enjoy.

I'm very fond of the Brown Derby. It was especially nice this past June when it was so hot. It's sort of my oasis during Star Wars Weekends. And they serve a great Makers Manhatten.

We're pretty boring, and we haven't been to all of the eaters. As a sit down place - I've enjoyed Mama Melrose Ristorante. I'm pretty boring; I just get the pasta.
As far as snacks go - we spend a lot of time at Sweet Spells while waiting for the Citizens of Hollywood. My favorite is getting the fudge and having a 1/2 piece, back at my room, with a cup of tea. It the only time I even eat fudge.

50s Prime Time may get my vote for worst place to eat in all of WDW. My top pick maybe Sci-Fi but not for the food. In fact, I find the CS food at MGM the worst of all the parks by far and the TS places are mediocre.

I make a point of being at Sci-Fi at 11 a.m., so I can usually walk right in and eat lunch. I have never had a bad experience there, and have never had a complaint about the food or wait staff. It is my favorite place to eat.

It's been too long since I've eaten at any of the TS places at the studios. I haven't been to Sci-Fi since I was about 5, and the Prime Time in even longer!

I like the sesame-coated ahi at the Brown Derby.
I also really like the s'mores at Prime Time, but I rarely get them because they're too much for me unless that's the only thing I order (and then I feel guilty that I'm only eating s'mores for lunch.) Also no one will split them because everyone else usually thinks they're too sweet. :wha:

The sad part is that once I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and s'mores for lunch, and the server was all "oh THAT's healthy!" And I was thinking "...but I'm only ordering the soup so the s'mores will look better..."

Thats when I tell the server to take that chicken soup and stick it where......

I like it. Kind of. Its easily the most entertaining place to eat in the Studios even if they food is mediocre
