I ate here on my recent trip down and it's great food. Anyone else like it?

If I remember correctly, that's the pasta place on the board walk, right?

We ate there for breakfast a few years ago and it was really good. Haven't had dinner there yet though.

Not just pasta, but yes it's at Boardwalk (somewhat near ESPN club).

Eaten there a few times; used to really enjoy it, then the menu went a bit odd, now it's lovely again - well recommended! We like sitting near the cooking area - there is just something about seeing Chefs working on your meals!

I've sat there as well but I think sitting near the windows to the boardwalk would be more interesting personally but to each their own :)

I ate at Spoodles this evening and the food here is terrific. I think Spoodles deserves a spot on my short list of favorite restaurants at WDW.

I had the Mediterranean dips (pita bread and an assortment of dips that was quite good)
Red snapper (very mild tasting fish with some great couscous)
Gellato (nuff said)

I've had breakfast at Spoodles. I had their all you care to eat breakfast skillet which I found to be very, very delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and atmosphere. Going into the breakfast I thought it would be just ok, but it was surprisingly good.

At which resort is Spoodles, anyway?

Spoodles is located at the Boardwalk resort. It's located in the back of the resort along the actual boardwalk between Flying Fish and the Boardwalk Bakery.

I talked to Len about Spoodles and he cited breakfast as being the meal most folks don't like but I also had a great breakfast there. Not sure what people are eating but clearly you and I have had good meals there :shifty:

Spoodles is one of those restaurants I perceive to have waxing/waning periods. The first time I went there, about 3 years ago, it was great--one of my favorite restaurants. The next year I went there, they had altered the menu so it was not quite as good, but still commendable. The next time I went, they had pretty much stripped the menu and had virtually nothing that rose above the level of "ehhh." After passing on it for several trips afterwards, I finally was reduced to going there when I couldn't get ADRs anywhere else...and it had gotten better again! So it's back on the list.

I think the key is to check the menu before you go to make sure there's something you like, because they seem to tweak the menu fairly regularly.
