It's probably criminal that we dont have a dedicated thread to this yet but let's put all of our Star Tours 2 info in this thread.

Let's start with the midnight event on the night before. I know Glenn and I got in. Who else?

I got in, and I know MyMuse got in as well. I rebooked my flight down so I have a better chance of arriving in time to attend.

Assuming we want to present a united front, what's the uniform of the night? StudiosCentral 2011 SWW shirts, StarToursLive shirts, or just some random Star Wars shirt?

Unfortunately, all of my SC gear is more suited to cooler weather. I'll have to correct that oversight right away.

Here is one man's speculation on the Disneyland version of Star Tours. It appears to have inside information, so I'm including a big ***SPOILER ALERT*** for those of you who want to be surprised when you ride it. There's also a spoiler alert in the article, so you can read the introduction and then decide if you want to read the whole thing.

Note that Star Tours is just one subject in the article. You have to scroll down a ways to get to it.

I hate when people ask this, but I need to know your opinion:
what time should we arrive if we want a decent spot for the opening ceremony if , in fact, they are opening the park at 6am? Would you say 5ish or earlier than that? How many people will stay from the midnight-2am thing and go line up at the turnstiles?
You see I'm short and even though the Hat stage is elevated I don't want to be all the way down Hollywood Blvd.
Your honest opinion will be valued.
Thanks

I'm in the same boat although I prefer to call it vertically impaired. :)
