I noticed on my late January trip that the Citizens of Hollywood are now appearing on the top of the hour instead of the bottom like they used to.

The CoH appear opposite the Disney Channel Rocks schedule. So if DCR is at 11am, CoH is at 11:30. If DCR is at 11:30, CoH is at noon.

(Daily) 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm,
1:30pm, 2:30pm, 4:00pm, 5:00pm

During my August trip, I noticed the COH on the schedule, but sadly no times.

Due to rain and not knowing the COH schedule, we kept missing them. I know the schedule can and does change from time to time, but here is the times from August 2011:

COH: 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 2:00, 3:30 "99" is the last show and they have been doing it by the Director's statue, in the shade.
HPW: 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 4:00, 5:00 (2:30 is down by Beauty and the Beast).
We didn't even realize the HPW had a 1:30 show until our last day when we past them at the end of a skit.

Sadly the schedule for Citizens of Hollywood hasn't been published for months now. On the Times Guide it simply says "Appearances on Hollywood Blvd and Sunset Blvd". I know why they first changed it to that earlier this summer when park hours fluctuated wildly, but even now in September when park hours are pretty consistent, no change back.
