I was thinking of a quick trip down for my spring break coming up but I thought perhaps it'd be smarter to go another(perhaps less crowded) time....plus it feels like I was just there still. But maybe I'm wrong, so let me know when you think I should go(fans of the summer and other ungodly hot times of the year need not apply)

If you can do it now, go now (March). It is just starting to get busy but not that busy yet. I would say the crowds are medium-ish in March. And the weather is still nice.

I went in March back in 2002 but after seeing the crowd levels on my last trip, I'm too spoiled now for no more than a 20 minute wait for Tower

I'd go in early September. School starts then so there won't be a lot of families taking trips and such. Plus it will give you more time to save up and find the best deals.

And damn people, this isn't frickin' Love Line. Control yourselves please.

Because he said he didn't want to go in the summer because it's too hot? Because he's always said that.

I still say, just move down here :D We still have that position you were looking at open :P September is a good time, it's not too hot and not too crowded.

David, thank you for saying that!

Here's my thinking regarding spring break...

I could come down from Thurs-Tues, and hotel + airfare would cost less than $300 so tickets and other stuff(i.e. food & transportation) it wouldn't be that expensive. However, in the end the price would for those 4 nights would cost about as much as 6 or 7 nights in say Ft. Lauderdale.

More importantly, I was just there a month ago....not that much has changed and I think my money would be better spent if I saved it now and went later. At the same time, it aint getting any colder down there and soon it's gonna be a sweat factory till October :? Of course if I get a job in Fla then that's a whole different story....

Actually it is next week. The high is only expected in the mid 70s. Right now it is just like Jilliian said, low 80s.
